Boxing with Dani

Boxing sessions are 60 minutes long and include a variety of bag and pad work, shadow boxing and footwork to teach proper technique. Core, cardio and strength training will also be included in the session.  As you improve your boxing technique, you will also gain strength, endurance and overall confidence. Boxing is a great way to increase fitness, lose body fat and release endorphins whilst learning a new skill. All levels welcome.
