Book a semi private PT session

Semi private PT is a more affordable option for personal training. You will be part of a small group which offers the same benefits at a fraction of the price.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and will include a variety of training styles targeting fat loss, muscle growth, core strength and general health and wellbeing. You will have access to all the knowledge of the trainer including nutrition, exercise, injury prevention and overcoming plateaus.
The PT will hold you accountable, keep you motivated and regularly check in with you.
All levels welcome.
